CAMILLE MEEKS STEVENS

BOARD MEMBER

Camille Meeks became a member of GapBuster in 2005, and has participated in several volunteering programs and activities with the organization over the years. She is a graduate of Trinity Washington University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs with minors in Spanish and in Sociology. Camille currently resides in Maryland with her husband and their two children.

“GapBuster gave me the opportunity to serve my community through its Leaders-In-Training, HIV Peer Educator, and Youth Ambassador programs. GapBuster also assisted me in earning scholarships that ultimately allowed me to graduate university with high distinction. I’m truly grateful for all the doors that GapBuster and Dr. Butler have opened for me and many other young women locally and internationally.”
