We invite you to join GapBuster, Inc. as we celebrate 26 years of Educating, Elevating, and Empowering young people and families in our community at our 26th Anniversary & YouthBuild Graduation Gala.

This special evening will celebrate the accomplishments of our YouthBuild graduates and the community partners who have helped them turn challenges into opportunities. We would love for you to come out, purchase a ticket, and help us celebrate these young people.

Our Graduates Are Making an Impact
The impact of GapBuster’s work can be seen in the opportunities our participants are achieving. Through our partnership with the Baltimore-Washington Laborers’ Training Fund and LiUNA Local 11, GapBuster referred four reentry participants to the apprenticeship opportunity. Of approximately 150 individuals interviewed, only 15 were selected and all four GapBuster-referred participants were among those selected.

One of the four participants remains currently incarcerated, while three have already been contacted regarding an ongoing employment opportunity associated with the new Commanders Stadium project. This is more than training, it is about opening doors, changing lives, and creating pathways to meaningful careers and economic mobility.
