JORDAN COLQUITT
ALUMNI
I joined GapBuster in the 6th grade. Now, I am a freshman at Towson University (TU) majoring in International Relations and Political Science with a minor in Spanish on a 3-year full-ride ROTC Army scholarship. After college, I plan on pursuing my law degree and joining the Army JAG corps. I am also a member of the TU freshman council and pre-law society. Aside from my academic commitments, I also work part-time at a non-profit in Prince George’s county.
GapBuster has impacted my life in many ways. Most importantly, it helped widen my perspectives on other individuals and their cultures. Growing up with a diverse perspective allowed me to embody one of GapBuster’s goals: embracing diversity. GapBuster enhanced my ability to work with all types of people, prepared me for college by attending college tours, traveling to many different conferences, and overall exposed me to different career paths.
