VEERA ANNOBEA ADDISON
ALUMNI/GHANA
Hello, my name is Veera Annobea Addison. My father’s name is George Addison and my mother’s name is Vida K. Addison. I have two siblings: Bright Addo Addison, who is 13 years old, and Monalisa Ammoabea Addison, who is 9 years old.
My hobbies are reading and singing, and I often spend my leisure time reading books. I started my schooling at Talent Crèche when I was just one and a half years old. Later, I moved on to Calvary Presby Academy, where I studied from class 1 to 3. After that, I continued my studies at Effiduase Methodist ‘B’ Primary School from class 4 to JHS 1.
My favorite subjects are Science, English, and Mathematics. When it comes to food, I enjoy Banku and Okro stew, Rice with stew and chicken, and I would like to introduce my host family to “ɛtↄ” and egg with pear.
I speak two languages fluently – English and Twi. For example, when I say “ɛkↄm de me,” it means “I am hungry.”
My long-term goal is to become a doctor and study in the USA. I have a talent for reading books, and my favorite music is “Soledad” by Westlife. I also love watching movies, and my favorite one is “Home Alone.”
I have high expectations of myself, and I hope to achieve my dream of becoming a doctor in the USA.
