At GapBuster, Inc., our YouthBuild Program- GapBuster: Build-IT Futures, is at the heart of our mission to empower young people and strengthen our communities. Designed for individuals aged 16-24 who are out of school and looking for a second chance, this transformative program provides a unique combination of education, vocational training, and leadership development. Participants have the opportunity to earn their GED or high school diploma while gaining hands-on experience in construction and other high-demand industries. EARN to LEARN: Participants will receive a stipend while they develop essential life skills, confidence, and a sense of purpose, equipping them to build sustainable futures for themselves and contribute meaningfully to society.
